Our Story

Started by founder Charlotte Phipps in March 2025, The Flower Pot Swindon has been welcomed into the thriving heart of Old Town, Swindon.

Charlotte originally started her floristry career a stone's throw away from The Flower Pot's current location when she started her Floristry apprenticeship aged 15 at 'The Flower Basket'.

Having trained at college, London and across Floristry shops in Wiltshire, Charlotte has developed a wide variety of skills and styles, as well as teaching floristry skills to others, as well as managing several succesful florist shops in her career.

Having started her own business during lockdown, the natural step was to find and open a retail shop in the heart of Swindon, and this is where The Flower Pot was created.

With a strong team around Charlotte, The Flower Pot is able to help customers with a fresh variety of beautiful flowers every day from Tuesday-Saturday, whether you are looking for gift bouquets, table arrangements, Funeral flowers, Wedding flowers or perfect plants, we try to offer something for everyone.

Our Commitment

Customers always comment on how long our flowers last compared to other stores and that's because we're committed to only ever using the best, freshest flowers and plants possible.

We have a fresh delivery of flowers every day we open to ensure that you are always receiving the best, freshest flowers possible so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible. Our bouquets therefore when you receive them are fairly tightly budding usually (depending on the flower) as they are so fresh, this means they will open and develop for you to enjoy.

Our plants are the highest quality available to us, and are always well maintained and stored in a similar environment to your home to ensure that you don't get your plant home and it suffers shock from dramatic condition changes that you get from supermarket and large stores.
